This is my attempt at rewriting the original RPC-697 by jetairliner (aka Gloop), who very kindly gave me permission and go-ahead for it, while also tolerating my cronic tagging on Discord for approval. Hopefully, it's not too similar to my previous works.

Here is the original version, if you're curious. It's changed a looot.

This violates many rules I have on liking an article, and yet I still find this likable. Maybe it's because the end reminds me of the RCPA.
