(This review is adapted from thoughts I gave in the RPC Reading Club.)
I love the idea of a small article providing a down-to-earth glimpse of the Authority work environment, but this article is too mundane to be relatable or engaging. Ironically, the instinct to compensate with a "shocking incident" may have spoiled the article for me; the scene in the training room just leaves me annoyed, and a pure slice-of-life story could've been more enjoyable.
Some of the most fun stories on the wiki are simple and grounded, but this one lacks the personal touch to make it work. There's no charm in the characters, or even the setting; for what is basically a worldbuilding article, its vision is weak. Not criminal, but weak:

I also feel like the incident is only surprising because you wouldn't expect anyone to be naive enough to let it happen. Otherwise, the article is completely straightforward. The writing is fine but doesn't sell me beyond lesser anomaly status, which could've actually lent a likable brevity to this sluggish half-story.
I hate to say it, but I feel this was a missed opportunity.
