You are free to give me crit here. Humour is subjective, and that's okay. It'll help me to grow as a writer.

This isn't badly written or anything, and it stands alone as an article, theoretically, but I don't get the joke, if there is one.

I definetly tried googling ''how to make a joke'', and ''jokes about women/mexicans/the ghetto/L.A'', but all that showed up were news articles complaining at how men ruin the current state of comedy with their toxic masculinity.

I did find a couple of guides by…BuzzFeed…on how to make things funny…it's quite obvious that it didn't help me out at all. But I'll see how this one goes and draw my own conclusions after the fact.

This had no business being a J. If you removed some of the more outlandish things like the comment from salazzar and stuff like the mention of the obese CSD, you'd have a mediocre main line entry. Expanding a bit on the characters like the driver, salazzar as a person, the CSD he was with and maybe a bit of the gang at the end and this'd be elevated…though wether this'd be done in this article or another one, is up to you.

Meantime, this is solid.
