Do we have an RPC that randomly upgrades/downgrades objects randomly? Or a random upgrade machine?

If not, please help me think on what I will add to my article here and/or at my sandbox discussions tab. It will be greatly appreciated.

This seems to look pretty good for the site, although I do suggest making more test logs with other things, such as other forms of organic matter, raw materials, etc. This might help with presenting more info on how it works.
