Interviews redeem this from being thoroughly mediocre, lines like “I’m trying to make sense” make the sections that feel like they’re prattling on work, which I suppose is just a roundabout way of saying this is paced well. But it does prattle on and especially by the third tab has already run through its best ideas and ironically enough doesn’t really have much that could be called a showstopper.

3/5 premise. There's a few good anomalies that this might be about. But all of them at once drags it down.
5/5 delivery. This reads like a narrative article should read.
5/5 grammar. It flows very well even considering the liberal use of medical terminology.

I cannot deny the incredible amount of work and effort that went into this. To try to compile my thoughts on this would take forever, so I will summarize as best I can.

The style, the writing, the imagery, the anomalies themselves, all fantastic. I love the interviews, I love the breach log, I love it.

But I have no idea what this RPC is about. I've read it over several times, but each time I struggle to fully understand. I know, I know, it's not meant to be understood, but there's a lack of understanding and a failure to connect the basic plot points together. Maybe I'm just a lazy reader, but this is a difficult article to finish, but a blast to read.

I think having a basic author recap in the discussion, or a hint, I guess, may help.

Among the best- If not the best article in all of containment fiction. The dialogue is perfect and believable, the story—underlying and otherwise—is complex, thought-provoking, unnerving, and amazing.

5/5. I would love to do a reading of this or something.
