“All RPC-XXXX instances are to be stored inside a secure vault on the Site-79 Object Containment Room. Only authorized personnel are allowed to have access to RPC-XXXX instances vault.”
All RPC-XXXX instances are to be stored inside a secure vault in the Site-79’s Alpha wing. Only authorized personnel are allowed to have access to the vault.
“Personnel is allowed to hold RPC-XXXX but must light up up RPC-XXXX-Beta under any condition. Any person, whether they are personnel or not, who did so must be reported to their superior immediately and to be designated as RPC-XXXX-1.”
Why would they allow people to light it up if it has adverse effects and why would anyone risk turning into a RPC-XXX-1 instance outside of CSD-Class? I advise changing this to this:
Personnel are allowed to hold RPC-XXXX but any personnel other then CSD-Class must not light any RPC-XXXX-Beta instance under any condition. Any person who becomes a RPC-XXX-1 instance outside of testing, are to be terminated immediately.
“RPC-XXXX is a matchbox with a blank white cover, contain approximately 50 matches, designated as RPC-XXXX-Beta.”
RPC-XXXX is a matchbox with a blank white cover that contains approximately 50 matches, designated as RPC-XXXX-Beta.
“When light up by a person, RPC-XXXX-Beta acts as a normal match, causing normal small burn wounds when touched. However, when RPC-XXXX-Beta’s fire went out, the subject immediately feels colder and attempt to seek warmness, mostly by light up another RPC-XXXX-Beta. These persons are designated as RPC-XXXX-1. The more of RPC-XXXX-Beta that light up by RPC-XXXX-1, the colder they become.”
When lit up by a person, RPC-XXXX-Beta acts as a normal match. However, when RPC-XXXX-Beta’s fire is unlit, the subject immediately feels cold and attempts to seek a source of heat, mostly by lighting up another RPC-XXXX-Beta. These persons are designated as RPC-XXXX-1. The more RPC-XXXX-Beta that are light up by RPC-XXXX-1, the colder they become.
“Below is a detailed table of RPC-XXXX-Beta effect on RPC-XXXX-1:”
Below is a table of RPC-XXXX-Beta’s effect on RPC-XXXX-1 instances:
“Subject feel cold, but this effect can be handled. Normal heat source other than RPC-XXXX-Beta, including sun, can give subject warmness, but the subject mostly attempted to take another RPC-XXXX-Beta.”
Subject is slightly colder then usual, but this effect isn’t detrimental. Normal heat sources other than RPC-XXXX-Beta, like the sun, can provide heat for the subject. Despite this they will still attempt to use RPC-XXXX-Beta instances.
“Subject’s average body heat drops slightly. Any heat source other than RPC-XXXX-Beta has less effect now.”
Subject is colder. Any heat source other than RPC-XXXX-Beta has less effect now.
“Subject feel colder. Any heat source other than RPC-XXXX-Beta now has no effect on RPC-XXXX-1. At this moment, RPC-XXXX-1 tries to increase the number of their RPC-XXXX-Beta by giving others RPC-XXXX.”
Subject has an average body heat of 36C. Any heat source other than RPC-XXXX-Beta now has no effect on RPC-XXXX-1. RPC-XXXX-1 attempts to increase the number of RPC-XXXX-Beta instances by giving others RPC-XXXX.
“Subject has mild to moderate stage of Hypothermia. One RPC-XXXX-Beta no longer gave warmness, so the subject is forced to take more than one RPC-XXXX-Beta.”
Subject produces symptoms of Hypothermia. One RPC-XXXX-Beta no longer a sufficient source of heat, forcing them to take multiple RPC-XXXX-Beta instances.
“Subject can’t move anymore. If they’re not taking RPC-XXXX-Beta, the Subject will receive a severe stage of Hypothermia.”
Subject cannot move. If they’re not provided a RPC-XXXX-Beta, the subject’s Hypothermia will become more severe.
“It’s rare to survive after lightening more than 50 RPC-XXXX-Beta.”
In most cases, the subject is dead after lighting more then 50 instances.
“RPC-XXXX-1 is capable of manifesting RPC-XXXX from any available pocket on their clothes. They can only manifest RPC-XXXX once until another person took it from them and light up RPC-XXXX-Beta inside. When this happens, five extra RPC-XXXX-Beta manifests on RPC-XXXX belongs to the RPC-XXXX-1.”
RPC-XXXX-1 instances are capable of manifesting a copy RPC-XXXX from any available pocket on their clothes, if they don’t have pockets it’ll appear in their mouth instead. They can only manifest a RPC-XXXX copy once another RPC-XXXX-1 instance is created. The RPC-XXXX copy will have 5 additional RPC-XXXX-Beta instances upon manifestation.

Local authorities detained multiple persons involved with the fire. All suspects were showing severe symptoms of Hypothermia and couldn’t be interrogated. They’re later expired due to said sickness.
“Local authorities also witnessed multiple corpses of civilians on the street in the morning, all victims were expired due to Hypothermia. There were also reports of chaos on the street, several civilians forcing others to lighten up a matchbox. All these reports interested the Authority to investigate along.”

Forward: Below is an interview on a RPC-XXX victim.
(This is my edited version of your interview copy and paste it into your draft after reading it and making changes if you don’t end up deleting the interview all together. Of course implement all the code necessary.)
Interviewee: C. Navarro
Interviewer: Dr. Van Gordon
Foreword: Interview conducted in a Authority surveillance van. The subject was suffering from Hypothermia at the time.
<Begin Log>
Dr. Van Gordon: Don’t worry, the doctor will keep monitoring your condition, everything will be alright.
C. Navarro: [Takes a match then lights it. He then proceeds to pull out a matchbox from the pocket and places it on his thighs.] I’ll ask you again, please just take this matchbox! I’m running out of matches!
Dr. Van Gordon: Until we know what caused this, I’m afraid that we won’t do any favors. Now please, tell me what are these matches.
C. Navarro: [He takes another match (after this point replace every “Take one match then light it up” and replace it with “He takes another match”] To get to that, I need to tell you what happened to me this morning. I met a woman when I took a morning walk. She ran straight into my direction. It looks like she was in a rush, she looked pale. She gave me this matchbox, said that I should light it up because it getting cold. Then she ran again.
C. Navarro: [Take one match then light it up] It’s kinda cold at that moment, so every once in a while I light up one of these matches. It makes everything feel a bit warmer. Now the strange thing is when the fire’s out, it feels like it’s twice as cold than before. [Subject begins to shiver] What the damn temperature in here again?
Dr. Van Gordon: We have a electric heater on. Its so hot I’m fucking sweating at the moment. Anyways, you’re saying that once those matches go out, you feel even colder?
C. Navarro: [Take one match then light it up] Guess I took too much. Not even your heater is warming me up. The only thing that makes me warm is these matches now.
Dr. Van Gordon: And how much matches did you take before this interview?
C. Navarro: [Take one match then light it up] A…around ten? I lightened up two matches at once before you took me here. [The match goes out, the subject begins to shiver] I feel so cold that even one match isn’t enough.
Dr. Van Gordon: How many are left inside?
C. Navarro: [He takes a match while looking at the contents of the matchbox] I little more than thirty. If you take this matchbox and light one more, [Subject laughs weakly] I got an additional five matches.
Dr. Van Gordon: Now how could you know such information?
C. Navarro: [Take two matches then light both up] Now that's another weird thing about this match. Once the match goes out, you just learn this info. (This info should be in the description) That’s why everyone here tries to give a matchbox to anyone they meet.
Dr. Van Gordon: How do you and others get an additional matchbox in your pocket? And why don’t you use the matches that appear in your pocket instead? (What? I thought they appear in the box)
C. Navarro: [Lights 2 matches] No idea… But when… I open this matchbox like this, [Subject opens the matchbox intended for Dr. Van Gordon, but no matches are visible inside] It’s not… how this… thing works. (What?)
Dr. Van Gordon: I guess that’s all, but-
[Interview is suddenly interrupted when there’s a knock on the van door. Personnel in the van opened the door after it is confirmed the outsiders are personnel.]
Dr. Van Gordon: Yeah, what is it?
Authority personnel: Sir, we found a group of corpses near the corner of the street. They seem to be gathered around a little girl's corpse. I think we may have found the possible source of this anomaly.
Dr. Van Gordon: Really? Lead the way. You two, go first. I must clear this equipment first.
C. Navarro: [Coughing while lighting up three matches] A… Anomaly?
Dr. Van Gordon: [Turns to the interviewee] How many matches are in there? [He points at the matchbox]
C. Navarro: [Lights up three matches] A few… Im running out… Please, take… this matchbox… and light… up the match… immediately… I need more…
Dr. Van Gordon: [Approaches the matchbox held by interviewee] We’re unfortunately busy right now. [He proceeds to take the matchbox, the subject seems to weakly try to take it back] Hmm… Only a few left, guess it’s time to end your misery.
[Dr. Van Gordon approaches the heater and turns it off, then grabs the recording device]

Honestly this is my opinion but I think you should just delete this interview seeing as it really doesn’t give much new information. Just say they found out about the corpses after talking to a guy in the paragraph after or before. Another thing even though how he kills him is pretty cool the Authority wouldn’t just kill a dude right there and leave him that’s retarded as shit. I’m not completely sure how they would deal with it but not like that, that’s just silly cartoonish stuff.
“At 07:21 a.m local time, the Authority found a group of corpses gathered around a corpse of a female child on the area. All persons there were died due to Hypothermia. All surveillance cameras around the area were taken by the Authority for further investigation.”

(My version of the footage. Edit what you need to edit)
<Begin Footage>
<03:00 A.M> A child is sat on the sidewalk near the corpses. The subject seems to have been sat there for a long time. (How would they discern this?)
<03:00-03:12 A.M> The subject tries to warm herself. Multiple persons are also visible in the footage, ignoring her.
<03:12 A.M> Subject begins to lie down, visibly shivering.
<03:29 A.M> An unidentified man wearing a black coat and a fedora approaches the subject. This unidentified person gives her an object, later confirmed as a matchbox. After that, the person walks away6. The subject lights up one of the matches.
<03:32 A.M> A person walks near the subject. The subject stands up, but falls shortly after, and offers him a match. The person takes the match and lightens it, while walking away. The subject kept doing this to any person she met.
<03:45 A.M> Subject shows symptoms of Hypothermia, Subject is no longer sitting and is lying down for the rest of the footage. The subject attempts to lighten one more match, but is unsuccessful.
<03:57 A.M> Subject no longer moving, presumed dead at this point.
<04:03 A.M> A group of people approaches the subject, some are struggling to walk. One person from the group pointes at her and tries to wake her up. Upon realization that the subject has expired, the group showed visible frustration.
<04:03-04:10 A.M> One by one people in the group begin to fall. At 04:10 a.m, all persons in the group are dead.

Dr. Frederick: …And I took just one match! Only one! God…
Dr. Van Gordon: I understand, Al. But you know-
Dr. Frederick: [interrupted] Cut the shit Houston! You never had empathy for anomalies. You did everything by the book. The document says to kill all RPC-XXXX-1 instances, and god knows you’ll follow it immediately. I still got my sanity, Houston! [subject pulled out RPC-XXXX from its pocket, startled Dr. Van Gordon] I ain’t gonna force anyone to lighten this up for me, not even you. So please, reconsider the decision to terminate me. I’m a damn senior researcher here, this is a ridiculous way to die!
Dr. Van Gordon: Alright, just calm yourself first, we're all just following the protocol here. [Gordon is silent for a moment] Why don’t you tell me what happened earlier? It’s getting damn hot in here.
Dr. Frederick: [subject calmed a bit] That dipshit approached me when I tried to lighten up my cigarette, my lighter didn’t work at the moment. He looks damn pale, and he was shivering a bit. I should have been suspicious of him at that point, but at that moment, I thought it because of the room temperature. He then offered a matchbox to me. I kinda let my guard down and immediately lit up one of the matches. The moment the match went out, I suddenly felt cold. At that moment I remembered RPC-XXX, so I asked him where did he got it. You know the rest. I’m not taking anymore matches after that. I hope that by just taking one match, the effect won't be much worse.
Dr. Van Gordon: So you think that you could handle the cold? What will keep you from not light up one more and not end up forcing one of the staff to take your matchbox?
Dr. Frederick: Well I’m not thinking of killing myself or getting myself killed. I’ll just have to bear it.
Dr. Van Gordon: Well then, I’ll get this recording reviewed later. You’ll be under observation, Al. If we catch you giving RPC-XXXX to other personnel, you’ll be terminated immediately.
Dr. Frederick: Fine, I’ll behave.
Dr. Van Gordon: Good. And if things go well, I’m thinking of updating the containment protocol. Just pray for yourself, Al.

Researchers don’t speak Ebonics change every “ain’t” to something grammatically correct.
It’s interesting but sadly I have nothing much to say about it other then please fix your grammar. There was something wrong with almost every sentence. And please get crit after me I probably missed shit and my changes might not be the best.
