This is, despite the best of my efforts, not a very stand-alone article. I heavily recommend you also read the much-less-dense RPC-992 for additional context. I'm interested in seeing how you try to reconstruct the story that I've been trying to tell :D

• Why were the cultists trying to enter RPC-747?
• Why are a few sections (the ones close to the entrance) recently vandalized?
• Why were other sections (the ones farther away from the entrance) damaged by their original owners?
• What's implied by the end of the article?
• What is the modern equivalent to each deity described here?
• Why, of all Nihil gods, are there no mentions of Radiant Joy? (The Pilot is mentioned! He's just a minor god to these people.)
