Summary:
A tutorial center with unorthodox methods.
RPC-277's anomalous traits extend from RPC-277's ability to create biological clones of it's its DNA source. These replicas, hereby designated as RPC-277-1 instances, while non-anomalous and biologically identical to the original client, exhibit significantly increased capabilities in academic subjects of any choosing as well as increased writing speed and increased focus. Sapience is exhibited in RPC-277-1 instances, as well as fluent speech, fluid movement, and perception of all senses. However, RPC-277-1 instances lack understanding of culture, social norms, as well as other non-academic skills possessed by RPC-277-1's DNA source. An increased desire for any forms of standardized academic testing as well as revision for academic testing is also exhibited by RPC-277-1.
Notes: This was the first instance in which unnatural termination of instances was completed without violating the Hua Tuo Lifeform Accords was successfully completed. The viability of using retired instances as conscription fodder was subsequently explored with moderate success.
Iteration 177/3276/03 was activated on 02/04/1978, but was made aware of it's its status and subsequently committed suicide on 22/04/1978.
Brief overview: Iteration 200/16138(hereby referred to as 16138/1) was created based off Template 20 on 19/12/2000 with the intention of successfully obtaining a GPA of 4 in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Mechanical Engineering course. 16138/1 was initiated during the client's Secondary 4 studies, and additional education regarding Year 1-level courses of Mechanical Engineering were was provided.

Upon recallation, Iteration 15 severely injured Iteration 14, resulting in the expiration of Iteration 14. Foreword: The video was compiled to follow the daily actions of RPC-277-1 instance 200/16138/26(hereby referred to as the subject). See Addendum 277.3 for more details. Aren't we already in Addendum 277.3?
On the 16th of November, 2002, Iteration 200/16138/26 (hereby referred to as 16138/26) impersonated Iteration 200/16138/28 (hereby referred to as 16138/28) and deserted.
On the 1st of July 2003, 36 iterations from subject 200/16138 (hereby referred to as 16138) deserted.

Well, that was a really good article. The clinical tone was good, and the grammar was really good most of the time. I loved the ominous tone of the article, and how it didn't portray the Authority as the "good guys".
I also feel like this might be a commentary on the education system, and if so, it nailed it.
I'd give this 5 stars if you posted it. Great work as always.

Normally there shouldn't be any redaction in the containment protocol, but I see how you had to include some due to lack of information. If you can, you should probably replace it. If you can't, that's fine as well

I would put: "In the event of RPC-277 relocating from its current position" to avoid repeating RPC-277
between the ages of 5-18
I think "In the age range of 5-18" would fit better
The exact mechanism for which RPC-277-1 instances are created by RPC-277 remains unknown, as a successful entry within the "STAFF ONLY" sections of RPC-277 has yet to be achieved by surveillance equipment
why? It doesn't mention anything about there being physical limitations of cameras going inside.
In conclusion: I think this is a good article. I have not noticed any grammatical errors, and the concept itself is clear, interesting and like nothing I have seen before. The numerous addendums also really help to flesh out the article and are probably its highlight, especially the "5/277 CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:" section, which gives the article its ominous tone.
