When I begun reading this, it didn't seem very interesting to me, however it managed to quickly grow over me. Despite me barely knowing anything about what The Union is about, it managed to convince me that this group of interest was smart in getting their message across.
They found an anomaly, realized its potential in getting information out due to freedom of religion preventing intervention, and used it to their advantage. Reading the Espionage Reports especially uneased me as the anomaly was subliminally telling others to accept its anomalous existence and to stop others who may want to contain/kill its anomalous nature, which conditions those listening to accept other anomalies they might see.
It immediately made me like the GoI and makes me want to read more of it, despite being the only article I've read of it. Overall, a fascinating RPC and a good introduction to a group of interest that is probably still non-canon sadly as I'm writing this. 5 stars.
