That was very good! Small question, did you make that Array format or was that in another article? Edit: You left a few XXXs, just so you know!

I did built the Array format myself, though I used some pre-existing CSS as a starting point and modified it into its current state.

Nitpick: The CSS you got from the SCP articles that use scanlines still has the CSS that indicates scanline web-animations, yet none occur. I believe if you remove the scanline CSS, your code should still work.

Will give a more in-depth critique in a moment.

This article is the definition of wasted potential. You have a fantastic idea: Something that makes you feel responsible for a crime you didn't commit. There's so much potential in that, but the article decides to focus on the Array of all GOIs (And don't get me wrong, I like the Array! We need more benevolent AIs and less Skynets). This article could've easily been a Top Ten Article, but it loses itself in needless conspiracies.

Also, some of the writing is very repetitive. For instance:

The RPC-285 file contains information on an extremely aggressive cognitive-hazard that may manifest as an informational hazard.

No shit? A better way to phrase it could be:

The RPC-285 contains an informational hazard.

3/5, if only for the fact that I want this to be rewritten and not completely deleted.
