I'm conflicted; this one had me both rolling my eyes and laughing at times. The gradual buildup to the, ahem, payoff, was well-executed. I felt like the trumpet and a few other details were pushing it too far, though. Maybe I just don't think it should be too meme-y. Whatever, it's still very good. 4/5

On a related note, I don't see why the recording isn't translated. That's pretty standard for RPC documents, isn't it?
