this is great, but the obvious waifu aspect brings it down
This one falls really short for me. The research side I like, but it's a sapient humanoid with no personality and touches very little on any interaction with RPC-439-1. This needs some sort of interview log.
There's more GOI content in this article than the RPC itself, I know the lore council wants it to be substantial and I can tell you are trying to establish the GOI in this article, but the RPC itself needs to be fully developed.
This article got a 1 from me for a list of reasons that include, being a shameless plug to multiple GoIs, being a shameless waifu article, having a blindingly bright collapsible, using Kawaii Korps tech as a reason to have this rpc following a researcher, which was very reminiscent of early Malvyn. And I've just never been a fan of robot-girls.

Edit: I'd seriously consider rating this a 3 or a 4 if it was taken more seriously. The article has horror and plenty of things that are serious irl but somehow falls flat at being interesting, you've basically summed up and simultaneously shut down Kawaii Korps in this article. There are no more levels of intrigue or mystery to it, in this one article you expose all of Kawaii Korps and that makes this and future articles lack impact.
Seconding all of this, except for the collapsible.

I like this article and its premise, but it feels a bit incomplete. IMO I would add in:
1-activation and imprinting upon 439-1 (as an interview log?)
2-violent incidents and loss of life that led to 439's incarceration and containment
3-several breakout attempts that necessitated escalation of containment

I know this is old, but there are a few things I would like to add.
This relates to just this:
Personnel assigned to RPC-439 containment detail are to be equipped with standard assault rifles, with an under-barrel 40mm grenade launcher. Personnel are also to be issued standard 40mm anti-regenerator thermite grenades for the purpose of incapacitating RPC-439 in the event of a breach.
Standard Assault Rifle
Should be: Authority Standard Rifle.
Reasoning:
Assault rifle is the officially designation for select-fire guns.1
under-barrel 40mm grenade launcher.
The users of the weapons would not have grenade launchers, and would most likely equip their weapons with red dots or lasers.
Reasoning: Under-barrel attachments are heavy. When grenade launchers are attached, the user’s accuracy will decrease, their overall stamina will decrease, and lasers, which increase accuracy, would be more helpful.
standard 40mm anti-regenerator thermite grenades.
I recommend anti-regenerator type napalm grenades
Reasoning:
Thermite is a high heat, extremely fast burning pyrotechnic material. This does not work well as an anti-regenerator, due to its high fuel consumption rate. Napalm, on the other hand, burns slowly, and is designed to stick onto the affected, making it useful in preventing regeneration.

(account deleted)this is RPC's equivalent to "Able". an article that is, in all honesty, pretty bad, where the best it has to offer is that it's stopping other people from trying to do the same thing and cocking it up even worse. yet despite its problems, i would still rather this exist than not exist. there's a piece of old RPC's soul in this article, and it somewhat saddens me to see it teetering on the edge of deletion.
if you ask me, this is the article that is most in need and most deserving of a rewrite.
