In regards to recent ratings.
Recently, we've had a string of no-lifers who will spend hours upon hours rating every article a one, and you know, there's no greater feeling than making their hours of effort worthless.
This is a reminder, if your article has been negatively effected by downvote raiders, you are entitled to a re-upload of said article at any time.
