Fusion is the ultimate power source, and in the hands of the Authority it would become the tool of a god. I propose a compromise by using regular fission nuclear reactors augmented with Authority technology. It fills the hole that fusion leaves with some limitations that don't make it overpowered.

The Foundation had differnt space satalites and sites in every skip. The Authority can do better. This is an all encompasing proposal for how to handle satalites, probes, arrays, spaceships, sties and areas that aren't on Earth.
