I feel that parentheses should be used instead of the hyphens. The latter are more used on narrative media, and in an article the parentheses would look more in tone with the setting for these notes.

Pick one of the acronyms since they mean the same thing in essence.

Aside from these things, it's a very entertaining and well written article. It has just the right amount of jokes in the text, and the addenda provide a rich background to tell an interesting story. Good job on it.

In certain areas (mainly the addendums) it feels like it could stand to be more clinical. I'm pretty sure I saw a few "hers" in there, which should be "theirs". Also, I think a few of the names should be marked out.

Besides that, I really liked the article. 4/5

"reach" and "laid" are in too different tenses. Make sure everything is in either past tense of present tense throughout the article.

Note: RPC-690-2 bears numerous physical anomalies: While the subject always displays light blue/green heterochromia, its physical appearance varies depending on the observer's romantic or sexual interests. It will always appear as female regardless of the observer's sexual orientation.

For example, when Researcher Albrite observed RPC-690-2, the subject was directly perceived as his fiancee despite residing in Yuma, Arizona as of 06/23/2016.

Meanwhile, another Site researcher described the subject resembling American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift.

I found this to be a bit weirdly worded. I had to reread it a few times to understand.

Afterwards, the Site personnel contacted Site Command; an attempt to communicate with the presiding government of RPC-690-A was made.

I don't think a semicolon is supposed to be used here. This is supposed to signify a cause and effect relationship between the two clauses which should be connected with a word like "and".

Overall, I really enjoyed this article. Despite a slightly jarring overall pace to it, I thought the logs were executed very well.
