This article heavily relies on the hyperlinks to make it good, which isn't a good idea because those are separate articles with their own ratings. Without the hyperlinks, this article just feels like an unfinished draft as said in the previous comments.

Addenda showing a variety of interaction with the RPC and an investigation into the facility would be a great start in making this article feel more complete. Give it more juice! 2 stars.

Warrior dolphins, cool idea wasted.

I refused to touch the hyperlinks because an article should be able to stand on its own without the need to reference another. That said, this article doesn’t do that: it hints to a story, it begins in such an intriguing way, like holy shit warrior speaking dolphins, artificially made woah! So c00l!! And that’s it.

It’s like picking up a chocolate ice cream under the hot blazing sun but you accidentally stumble onto a kid playing and smear it all over his favourite jacket.

This article is really underdeveloped. The story cuts really short. The article should continue with the Authority getting more clues about that ominous research facility before possibly finding it themselves. There’s potential for a good payoff in an exploration log of the facility as an end to the article.
