It's an acceptable article, but I think it leaves more to be desired than necessary. Especially considering that this is a focus on what could be a literal God. I guess its not surprising since this was made in 2018.

Maybe all my answers will be in that one hyperlink, but I am rating the article as it is and not together with a separate article which should be a complimentary bonus read and not something to even understand what is going on. 3 stars.

It wasn't until 09/03/██ that we discovered its primary anomalous property.

In the future try to avoid the use of "we". In an academic setting, this is implemented and since the article are supposed to be academic-like papers.

When RPC-213-1 encounters a human subject during deep sleep, the subject immediately becomes an instance of RPC-213-2.

Was this to imply the system itself must be near the individual or that the electromagnetic radiation needs to be near him. If the radiation, what's stopping it from affecting everyone.

I feel meh on the article so far, I may need to revisit it for a proper rating to give it.

This is a bit vauge. Does the person become RPC-213-2 or does RPC-213-1 become RPC-213-2. This is made clear later, but having it declared here would help understandability.

IMO the word "Six" would look better.

Aside from those little critiques this is definitely one of the best articles, if not the best article, I've read so far on this site. 10/10

So, this is my first attempt at an RPC. I spent a lot of time trying to develop it, and I feel it's finally finished. Hope you guys like it.
