This doesn't have anything going for it the entire read through. The concept is basic and its effects one note. The addenda pad out what's already in the description with nothing appealing to justify their inclusion. It doesn't help that the writing's quality is poor. Needed one or two critiques, which I assume wasn't the case given its post date.

Tonally messy, and it's kind of just a generic 'evil demon-summoning book what drives you maaaaad.'

Unfortunately, I couldn't get through it due to the tonal issues.

Example:

…and it is to be guarded by 1 Security personnel

. At least 1 security personnel is to be stationed near the aforementioned glass container at all times.

If RPC-120 needs to be transported, it shall be transported back by one D-class and two security personnel.

One D-Class personnel and two security personnel are to accompany RPC-120 at all times in the event that the transportation of RPC-120 is necessary.

2 now. Remember to use passive voice over active voice whenever possible.

Any testing of RPC-120 is to be conducted by a Researcher with level one clearance or higher.

I'd recommend changing this to Level +2 clearance as personnel within Level +1 mainly consist of non-employee of The Authority, and are typically granted to personnel working in clerical, logistics, or janitorial positions.

In 75% of cases, affected individuals commit suicide within ██ days of reading RPC-120.

Why is the days needed to be redacted? How can personnel be aware of their timely deaths prior to their exposure to RPC-120?

Foreword: It has been 3 weeks since D-6750 has come into contact with RPC-120. D-6750 has been given pen and paper to communicate.

Again, you've redacted the days prior to their exposure as mentioned above, so, why isn't the three weeks part redacted?

Conclusion: The Interview wasn't quite convincing nor appealing, because it was just asking 'asking the D-Class's day' then they draws something, and then the Interviewer concludes the meeting because of the drawing made by the affected subjected.

You've put a lot of effort into this, but the idea could've been a bit more interesting by referring to its background history. All in all, I wouldn't say it was great. -1

Sure, I can do that, I'll make a test log on a extreme case of paranoia as a result, and a interview to go along with that test.

I think the Authority would recognise Ancient Norse. Maybe write that it's an unknown, probably ancient language that uses Germanic runes?

You used "it's" instead of "its" twice in the second paragraph.

The idea could be fleshed out better. Write some more on the object's abilities. Some more interviews, perhaps? Some descriptions of more extreme cases of post-reading paranoia? As for now, it looks like a solid creepypasta material, but a little to bland for my tastes. No vote for now.
