Quasi-Gamma is self-contradictory as it must both be easy enough to contained initially and impossibly dangerous to be recontained. Anomalies behaving as such usually underwent great changes during its containment, and usually warrant only a simple reclassification instead.
Epsilon was formerly an official Containment Rating for

anomalies that behave above our current perception. As such, there are aspects of their behaviors that cannot be contained or even observed.

here it again is a Containment Rating based on a certain anomalous property/hazard, the description for this version of Epsilon sounds more like an interesting Containment Protocols than a Containment Class.

Publicari seems to fit under the broader definition of an Uncontained anomaly. While not a secondary class, it is used as a tag for articles
Depending on the context, Released fits under the definition of an Explained/Neutralized anomaly. Some RPCs are not contained, merely monitored.

Quasi-Gamma: Given to anomalies who are relatively easy to contain, and can only be let out intentionally. Once let out, the entity is insanely difficult to retrieve and put back in its containment.

Epsilon: Contained by saying it is contained. Given to anomalies that have memetic hazards, infohazards, or cognitohazards that may apply to this. Containment is broken when the majority thinks it is breached.

Publicari: Has been stolen by a GoI or AoI. The anomaly is no longer in Authority Custody.

Released: Self-explanatory.
