This is somewhat reminiscent of SCP-1000, and doesn't really exploit the cultural aspects/mythology surrounding hyperboreans. In my personal opinion, simply describing them as being X and Y feels like a letdown: when there's so much cultural importance behind them, fiction has to deliver on pretty high expectations.

Some suggestions:

Try and drink from hyperborean mythos — see how they could be adapted to the RPC universe
Some aspects of hyperborean civilization would be interesting to read about
Explore how they interact / have interacted with the world around them. Are the mythos correct, or corruptions of fact? What are their intentions? Etc.

Hyperboreans in Greek Mythology are mythical people from the "Beyond Boreas (North Wind)".

In this case, Homo Boreas (RPC-XXX) is a part of the "Homo family", evolved from Homo Neanderthalensis. Their main habitat is on the North Pole; Canada, Russia, Scandinavia, Greenland, etc. They're approximately 2.5 meters in height, resembling a similar form as Neanderthal man. RPC-XXX is showing hostility towards humans and try to avoid them.

Anomalous Properties
RPC-XXX is having 2(+1) main anomalous properties:

- RPC-XXX is having a strong metabolism system. It's considered anomalous as the metabolism rate was higher than normal creatures, helping generate stamina and being more immune to any disease. With this, they also able to regenerate any damage reflected towards them.

- RPC-XXX is able to form another solid object with another object. Basically "object-bender".

Critics and suggestions were welcomed. So I can expand the ideas for these RPCs
