I found this article to be a rather pleasant read. It is somewhat long and parts are difficult to read, but I find the article as a whole to be fairly good. This could be as a result of my preconceived biases towards stories about cowboys and horses, a positive bias that is, but I find this story to be very interesting, though there are some parts that are difficult to read. Four stars.

I… I don't really have much positive to say about this article. I don't think it should be banned, but god this is the wet spot of the competition. Everything was fine until the letters, and while it's good world-building, it's just so boring. I can't remember half of the tale, and it's so. DAMN. LONG. Why is it all so long. This article could be cut down and it'd be loads better.

With a little more time or the time that was afforded you, you could've actually written something above average. But god, it was a slog near the end.

For some reason, the entire time I read your article, all I could think about was your shield hero article. This is EXACTLY the same. Down to the format, the storyline, the GoI involvement, and the ASF report. This is what happens when you rush out articles, but I know you've stopped since this one.

I honestly really like this idea, like really enjoy it. It's just that the story surrounding the horse is honestly not very interesting. The letters by themselves aren't super captivating and they don't lead to anything particularly interesting either. The note from GD-ARCH feels too professional, and the Incident Report feels tacked on to the article for an extra 10 points. Not to mention there are multiple major errors in grammar throughout the article.

I know you can do better than this.
