The simple arithmetic, exponents and roots files were each completed in under ███ms. Trigonometry and algebra took significantly longer at █ and █ minutes respectively. RPC-960-A only managed to complete ████ problems in the calculus file within the allotted time frame. No problems were successfully solved in the ████████ ██████ file.

Really annoying excess of redactions throughout the article. They make picturing 960's capabilities a lot harder, and just clog up reading flow.

Other than that — It's not the beeest article I've ever read, but it's by far the best first article I've ever read. Unsure if you have prior experience writing this, but it seems you got the hang of clinical tone really quick.

While I feel the GEAR inclusion is a little 'meh', in that it's not really made use of. GEAR isn't an entirely clandestine organization, not even in the anomalous world — it is, to my understanding, accountable to the UNAAC to some degree. The consequences of a finding of this magnitude would probably be absolutely devastating to GEAR in the long run.

I'm not entirely sure whether this experiment they did is really thematical or accurate to what GEAR is in-lore, but I also have no idea what that lore is.

Your characterization is just a little spotty in places (960-A might be just too happy in the last interview) but hey, it's a first article. It does its job well for what it is. I particularly have to praise the test log for being elaborate and descriptive, and not falling into the same repetitive pit average test logs tend to.

I'm not entirely decided whether to rate this a +3 or +4, but I'll go with 4 for now.
