RPC-001 "The Cosmic Horror"2, RPC-001 "The Sun of Nihilism"3, and RPC-001 "The Leaders of the AEP Association"45 would all have to be compatible with the canon no matter which one is the community favorite. I think that this would be a good option for determining what "power level" or significance level is acceptable for RPC-001 anomalies.

I also think that we should initially slow the production of RPC-001 instances by having increased requirements for getting them approved. We don't want people to neglect the rest of the anomalies by trying to get in their idea of RPC-001.6

I also think that the deletion threshold for anomalies in this section should be higher. I think we want the anomalies in this section to be some of the best that we have. I don't think we want anomalies that would barely pass in the regular section to be our RPC-001s. Thoughts?
