I'm thinking that the AEP Association has the potential to be the RPC Authority universe's equivalent to the Serpent's Had.

The AEP Association is an organization that believes that all the paranormal and supernatural phenomena are slowly dying out, and that if humanity found out, then they would exterminate what is still left. (In my interpretation of the AEP Association, they think that the TV trope that their universe operates on is "The Magic Goes Away".)

Consequently, the Association's goal is to Acquire as many anomalies as they can to safely Enclose those anomalies in order to Protect them from humanity.

Acquire, Enclose, Protect

(Though I think that it would be more like Preserve than Protect in this case.)
