A humanoid anomaly that has a nullification ability, her ability is limited to memetic abilities and non fisical things, fisical abilities (like strenght, speed or regeneration) and emotional anomalies can NOT be nullified.
Her nullification field is limited to 25 meters around her, if the anomaly she tries to nullify is too strong, she will spend too much energy she will need from days to weeks of rest.
The second ability i gave her was capilar control (still looking for a better name), basically she can control her hair like people can control their fingers and arms, her hair can get hard as steel, her hair is NOT indestructible, when she hardens it she could control someone as a puppet, thing that is complicated, she would need to have big knowledge about advanced human anatomy and move every muscle, articulation, nerve and tendon in a sincronized way to make it look natural, if she fails, the body she is controlling can get hurt and she needs her whole focus on keeping the control, she would be vurnerable to attacks.

She does NOT have:

• super strenght
• super speed
• mental or memetic habilities
• super sight or super hearing

She has a mild regenerative ability that consumes energy depending on the severity of injuries, for example, if she loses an arm that could take her 6 weeks to recover it completely and she would probably be asleep all the time focusing her energy on recovering.

She needs:

• sleep
• food
• oxigen

She has biological inmortality, so she does not get old, she does not have any kind of fisical distintions that make her look different to a human, so she is not easily detectable at first sight.
No, she is not hostile towards other human staff members, and she is more introvert.

I can branch this off to a containment breach log, but I don't know how to make it worthwhile. Including S30 in the breach is something I see both potential and difficulty writing.
I intend to demonstrate the psychotronic property on palmer, something invading the unconscious of the instances to obsess over the RPC's nature. This can be demonstrated by a supplemental document, whereas we see his notes and sketches firsthand till they become unintelligible.

I don't have much experience and this maybe sheepish to do, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on these ideas, if you have better ones to add.

A rusty medieval longsword that literally rapidly rusts almost anything "rustable" rusty, even with organic matter as well.

The 'rusted' objects will also be able to spread the rust if anything touches it.

This is my first idea, and if possible will lead to my first article, let me know any thoughts on it.

The anomaly is a humanoid entity made of concentrated, solid plasma who wears a cowboy outfit. It has an unconcealed revolver that it sticks its thumb into to fire thunderbolts at the target. (his finger can regenerate).

That is pretty much the concept.

The Authority discovered an abandoned underground laboratory. When they entered the facility, they discovered a sole inhabitant, a sentient worker robot. When interviewed, the robot revealed that they are an only person left after the workers and other robots are massacred. They don’t know how or why it happened.

Since the communication signal is unavailable and it cannot go outside due to them shutting down if they do so, the robot decided to spend their time doing manual labour like usual, including conserving what remains in the facility. This is a way for the robot to curb their loneliness.

Because of their conservating for roughly 50 years, the Authority managed to document bits and pieces of the facility while making speculations on how it happened. But due to the robot’s inability to go outside, they have to stay but also received visitors every once a week

The theme centered around loneliness and finding meaning in otherwise meaningless task. The horror is the vagueness of the massacre.

Ver. 2

RPC-XXX is a TV channel and a radio broadcast that showcases random RPCs as their main segment, memorials for CSDs killed while in Authority custody, sensitive government secrets, and deranged and hateful rants about the Authority, AoIs and GoIs.

XXX-01 is an anomalous broadcast whose main anomalous property is being able to broadcast on anything that can receive either audio, video or both. The closer to the source of the broadcast, the stronger it becomes. At a proximity of around 1 km from the source of the broadcast, all electronic devices able to play audio or video will be taken over by the broadcast. (If it has a screen, it will play the broadcast, if it has speakers, it will play the audio of the broadcast.)

The broadcast is limited to around 20 km2 near the town of ████ in the eastern parts of Oregon, United States, and envelopes the entire town. The source of the broadcast is an abandoned radio station that's cut off from the power grid, but anyone who tries to approach the building starts to suffer from sensory overload (massive headaches and loud ringing in the ears), and those who entered it have said that they suffered from hallucinations of the broadcast as if they were watching on a TV screen. It can be lethal for the individual if they are not evacuated.

• At 20 km from the source, the signal of the broadcast is weak and mostly filled with static and white noise.
• At 15 km from the source, the signal of the broadcast is strong enough for the viewer to understand everything.
• At 10 km from the source, the signal of the broadcast is so strong that it starts to take over all nearly half of the channels and radio stations.
• At 5 km from the source, the signal of the broadcast is so strong that it starts to take over all channels and radio stations.
• At 1 km from the source, the signal of the broadcast is so strong that all electrical devices capable of playing audio or video will display the broadcast.
• At 50 m from the source, the signal of the broadcast is so strong that it causes sensory overload in most living creatures.
• At 10 m from the source, the signal of the broadcast is so strong that it will cause visual and auditory hallucinations of the broadcast in any individual and can be lethal.

XXX-02 is the main host of the many segments on the channel, previously thought to be dead CSD personnel. The town of ███ is known to be the hometown of the anchor.

The anchor has ash-like burned skin, hair covered with a layer of dust, and seemingly cracked teeth that are still holding together. (I'm not sure about this one, so here's an alt: The anchor is a silhouette of a man with no recognizable features who claims to be previously thought to be dead CSD personnel.) (Now that I wrote it, I prefer the alt version, but I will leave it as it is and hear what you have to say before making any permanent changes.)

It's the "soul" of a TV anchor who vows revenge against the Authority and their victims with the aim of exposing them and other secret organizations.

During the broadcasts, the anchor does stutter or glitch on occasions as if it was prerecorded, but on other occasions he will reference events that happen during the broadcast.

The TV anchor was a CSD before dying due to a vehicle accident after testing with RPC-███. The accident happened due to the poor health of the driver, who suffered a heart attack and died.

The TV anchor was never found, not even his corpse was located, and everyone involved would have thought that he made a run for it, if not for the puddles of blood leading away from the scene of the accident. A forensic team dispatched to examine the cause of the accident ruled that losing that much blood would have killed him. It was speculated that wild animals must have dragged his body away before they arrived at the scene of the accident.

There are some inconsistencies with the way XXX-02 behaves and its knowledge about anomalies. Examples include talking about the life of a CSD and not knowing anything about the RPC that caused their death, but having hosted a segment about that RPC only a few days ago.

It has been concluded that XXX-02's mind is unable to hold onto the information from one TV segment to the next. The cuts between segments may be the source of memory loss, as XXX-02 is always groggy when a new segment begins.

XXX-02 was also caught answering and even speaking directly to researchers stationed near XXX-01.

Containment Protocols: A 2m tall chain link fence was built around the anomaly with barbwire on top to keep anyone from entering its anonymous broadcast. A single Authority Security Force agent is stationed at the only gate leading inside. Six jamming stations were built on the border of the broadcast signal, where it's the weakest, to prevent anyone who gets through to access the broadcast.

A cover was created that a sinkhole exposed natural gases, and the area was too dangerous for anyone to enter.
The town of ███ is around 16 km from the source of the broadcast and with the help of The Office of Extranormal Security Affairs they evacuated the town.

A regular-old, spiral notebook that influences any person writing in it to describe the past 24 hours in the form of a screenplay.

The main hook would be a testing log that reveals a very well respected scientist framed an RPC for a murder he committed.

At around the time when the mp4 file was uploaded to the computer, reports of the Mandela effect spiked with false memories suddenly being more common.

The story of the mp4 file is that it is from another timeline that is very close to our timeline, a timeline that is "adjacent" to ours. The term "adjacent" in this context is explained below

I was thinking of coming up with a term called "adjacency" (it's not completely relevant to the RPC story but I'll explain it). "Adjacency" is a measurement of how similar another timeline is to ours, and it's measured in a percentage, 100% being completely the same (a score of 100% wouldn't really be "possible", it would just be our timeline if it was 100%). So this mp4 comes from a timeline that is maybe 99% adjacent, meaning the timeline is very similar but not exactly… some minor differences.

At some point, our timeline and this 99%-adjacent timeline crossed. nothing really happens when timelines cross, except for that Mandela effect and some things from the other timeline being lost into ours. the differences in the other timeline are responsible for the Mandela effect; the timelines just "overlay" on each other, if that makes sense

The Mandela effect part is supposed to point toward this mp4 file appearing out of nowhere as a result of timelines crossing.

Finally, the reason the mp4 file is anti-memetic is that it does not "exist" in our timeline:

In the metadata of the mp4 file is a personal note allegedly written by the creator of the file, known as Milo Ricketts. Milo gives some information about himself, such as a link to his website, the schools he went to, and the one he goes to at the time of the video's creation. He as well states his parents' identities. He further explains that the mp4 file is to be part of a time capsule that he will make, hence why he stated such personal information; to preserve his identity.

The Authority investigates the name of Milo Ricketts in the schools he stated, as well as his parents. Records provided by the schools do not show the name "Milo Ricketts." The Authority was however able to find the parents, who were then questioned. The parents end up telling the Authority that they "never had a son." The website link that Milo gave also did not lead to any website.

At the same time as this investigation, the Authority is researching the spike in the Mandela effect and figures out that our timeline and an alternate timeline crossed. Using the date and time at which the mp4 file first appeared, they figure that the mp4 did indeed result from the timeline cross.

So in a way, the mp4 file doesn't exist either because, well, Milo was never born in this timeline. There was no Milo to make the mp4 in this timeline. It should not exist here.

So in an attempt to "correct" this paradox, the mp4 file took on anti-memetic properties to make it forgotten - as if it never existed.

Central Narrative: The Authority became aware of this anomaly after receiving a report from a field agent posing as an antique collector. The agent was sent to meet a man named Leo Padgett, zoologist and survival expert, who had received a peculiar statue from his great uncle's estate. The agent arrived at the assigned time, only to discover a journal and the statue. The journal belonged to Leo Padgett, which had drawings of unusual creatures, along with a catalog of his whereabouts.

Day 1: June 12th, 2022, Whoever finds this journal my name is Leo Padgett. I don't know where I am or how the hell I got here. I was supposed to meet Joseph Spangles to discuss selling my great uncle's statue. I have no recollection except I had a huge migraine and I blacked out. I need to investigate what happened to me.

Day 2: June 13th, 2022, Lucky for me, I managed to find my backpack and my gear is still inside. After discussing with Joseph I planned on leaving town to go camping with my nephew, but I guess that's not happening anytime soon. I must find food and water if I'm to survive.

Day 6: June 19th, 2022, I stumbled upon a bizarre creature today. It was small, probably the size of a chihuahua, round, gray body with black stripes, and one large brown eye. I observed it from behind the bushes, drinking water from the near by stream. Such a strange, yet beautiful creature! I must document everything I can about it!

Hooks/ Attention Grabbers: The 5 other creatures he encountered, documented, and named are as follows: The seers (eye), the handymen (touch), the stinkers (smell), and the hearlings( hear), and the tasters (taste). Each creature causes different effects to the 5 senses.

General Idea/Elevator Pitch
An 18th century French fortress/settlement named "Fort St. Marie-La Roche" that are isolated for hundreds of years and hostile towards everything within their radius.

Despites being outdated, their weapons (musket and pistol) are capable to penetrate modern military-grade armory. The human population of the fortress remain static, with its people are generally immortal and able to regenerate their wounds. Most of the population still shows loyalty towards the French monarch, even after the dramatic fall of the monarchy in France.

Central Narrative
Fort St. Marie-La Roche are constructed in early 1726 in the area now known as Newfoundland and Labrador. For several years, St. Marie-La Roche operates like a normal French Fortress and able to grow it's own town without any anomalous activity inside it.

The fortress are raided by British mortar in the Seven Years' War between French and British. After the raid, some personnel and population escaped the fort because.. well.. the forts are destroyed, but some choose to stay in the fort, including the Commanding Officer, Colonel Jean-Paul de Natalie. The fort lost contact with the French Navy and presumed destroyed by the government, thus forcing the commands in St. Marie-La Roche to act on their own.

St. Marie-La Roche remain unknown for years until the Royal Navy discovered the fort in 1935. The Royal Navy were quickly attacked by the fort's cannons and mortars, the ships have to retreat from the site in order to prevent further casualties. The acting captain immediately report it to the Admiralty, in which the Admiralty ordered further inspection and supervising. The Royal Navy continue to watch the fort with their patrol boat until 1940.

The RPC Authority are notified about the St. Marie-La Roche's existences in 1950s. The researchers are aware that St. Marie-La Roche are hostile towards everyone, therefore they're directed to keep safe distances from St. Marie's detection and attacking radius.

The first infiltration attempt were conducted in 1958, which resulted in two operatives being killed by the fort's personnel. After countless attempt and evaluation made by the Authority, they've decided to keep distances from the fort, considering the attempt of infiltrating and/or destroying is deemed
"not very worthy" and violates the Authority's value.

Why Shall I Care About This? AKA The Hook
I believe that from this small concept of isolated hostile fortress are able to be expanded into a far more wide story and able to be integrated into broader RPC Universe.
