Second of all, there is already an SCP & RPC crossover. The Official Chinese SCP Wiki has an article about this. The only reason why that is accepted is because Chinese SCP actually likes us compared to English SCP.

Considering the fact RPC is primarily English, and our history with the English SCP. Having the SCPF as a GOI is a terrible decision.

1) It is not rigorous to represent languages with flags, and confusing
2) It makes the rating module long and bloated - especially in RPC-003
3) Some pages like lore pages have no rating module
4) It is hard to maintain and modify

I think, a good translation block should:

1) Be placed unattractively, but conveniently. Like the bottom of the page, or the sidebar menu
2) Can be linked to customized pages - sometimes the translation has a different page name

But I don't recommend creating a whole new site unless you have someone experienced with Wikidot.

We already have a couple Russian translations on the international hub where we keep translations that aren't on a separate site.

If you want to create translations and post them there, that is an option. I think if we get a few more, we'll make a section or page specifically for Russian pages to make it easier to find, but right now we only have two.

Of course, the downside is that you would not have an entire site where every link goes to a Russian page. Maybe you could create translations here on the International Hub first and then create a full Russian Wikidot site later if you have a consistent output of translations and want to manage a separate community?
